Human resources in many developing countries often struggle to articulate their needs and interests. This hinders their ability to acquire resources and skills necessary to address pressing developmental problems. With greater roles played by these emerging economies; the global partnership for sustainable development are looking for tools and teams to help develop and enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of partners across developmental themes.

There is a rising demand for professional coaching in critical and reflective thinking skills, as well as for those who facilitate the transfer of knowledge and innovations. The overarching goal is to bridge the gap between scholars and practitioners resulting in optimal policy making strategy and implementation.

To that end, I provide consulting services focusing on strengthening human resources and facilitating engagement between the government, the private sector, the academic, NGO and international organizations to promote political and socioeconomic development. My areas of expertise cover human resource and organization development, participatory policymaking, policy analysis and policy processes, and public sector management. I also assemble teams to organize and provide critical thinking skills training and debate workshop, conduct in-depth research and design development project for on-demand topic. I excel in coordinating projects and facilitating communication and cooperation between various stakeholders for sustainable development.

ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในประเทศกำลังพัฒนายังมีศักยภาพอีกมากในการพัฒนาตัวเองให้สามารถสื่อสารประเด็นความต้องการต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจและสังคม ซึ่งจะทำให้การแสวงหาทรัพยากรมาดำเนินโครงการเพื่อการพัฒนาต่างๆ ทำได้ง่ายขึ้น และช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสในการได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากหลากหลายช่องทางได้อย่างตรงจุด

ด้วยบทบาทที่เพิ่มขึ้นของประเทศเศรษฐกิจเกิดใหม่ หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน บริษัทห้างร้าน และองค์กรในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่ทำงานเพื่อการพัฒนา กำลังมองหาเครื่องมือและทีมงานเพื่อช่วยพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างทักษะความสามารถ และความรู้ของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในประเทศกำลังพัฒนา ซึ่งเป็นผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่สำคัญของหุ้นส่วนเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของโลก (Global Partnership for Sustainable Development) ทิศทางการพัฒนาและกระแสโลกดังกล่าว ทำให้มีความต้องการผู้ที่สามารถทำหน้าที่ถ่ายทอดความรู้และฝึกฝนทักษะเพิ่มมากขึ้น รวมถึงผู้ที่จะเป็นวิทยากรกระบวนการในการถ่ายทอดนวัตกรรมและประสานช่องว่างระหว่างนักวิชาการและนักปฏิบัติ

ด้วยเหตุนี้ จิรดาคอนซัลทิงจึงตั้งขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการที่เพิ่มขึ้นของการว่าจ้างที่ปรึกษาอิสระจากภายนอกองค์กร, การจัดหาวิทยากรฝึกอบรม, และวิทยากรกระบวนการในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนา จิรดา (ฟาง​) รับให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ที่สนใจด้านการพัฒนาในหลากหลายด้าน ตั้งแต่ระดับชุมชนไปจนถึงภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยมุ่งเน้นด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำนโยบายสาธารณะ การวิเคราะห์นโยบาย การพัฒนาองค์กร และการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ นอกจากนั้นยังสามารถระดมทีมงานเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม เสริมสร้างทักษะการคิดในรูปแบบต่างๆ ตามความต้องการ รวมถึงรับทำงานวิจัยและออกแบบโครงการเพื่อการพัฒนาในหัวข้อที่หลากหลาย จิรดามีทักษะในการประสานงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ บริษัทและภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา นักวิชาการ เอ็นจีโอ และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ
